(Above) The cold temperatures of last week and immediate danger of frost are behind most N.J. vineyards for now. A combination of predicted warmer temps and/or windy conditions will give vintners reason for a reserved sigh of relief as the new shoots slowly sprout. Thankfully, it is rare to still get frost after about May 10 in N.J....
